Every AltherixLabs compound is sold for in-vitro laboratory research. This policy sets out what that means, who may buy, what is prohibited, and what we expect from every purchaser.

AltherixLabs sells research compounds to qualified purchasers aged 21 and over, for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide guidance on using them in a person or animal.

1. What research use only means

Research use only (RUO) means a product is supplied for laboratory research and is not intended for any other purpose. AltherixLabs compounds are intended for in-vitro research: work carried out in test tubes, cell cultures and other controlled laboratory settings, not in a living person or animal.

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or foods, have not been approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

2. Who may purchase

We sell only to purchasers who:

  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Are purchasing for lawful in-vitro laboratory research
  • Have the training, facilities and equipment to handle research compounds safely
  • Have a shipping address within the United States

3. Prohibited uses

Products must never be:

  • Administered to, injected into or consumed by a person or animal
  • Used in, or added to, food, drink, supplements or cosmetics
  • Sold or supplied to anyone for personal or veterinary use
  • Relabelled or marketed as anything other than a research compound

4. Purchaser responsibilities

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Storing products under the conditions stated on the label and product page
  • Handling products only by trained personnel using suitable protective equipment
  • Disposing of products and waste in line with applicable regulations
  • Complying with every federal, state and local law that applies to your research

5. Labelling and product information

Every vial is labelled for research use only and carries a lot number linking it to its Certificate of Analysis in our COA library. Product names and descriptions identify compounds for research reference and make no claim about their effect in a person or animal.

6. Questions we cannot answer

To keep every conversation within research use, our team will not answer questions about:

  • Dosing, administration or reconstitution for use
  • Protocol, cycle or stack design
  • Human or veterinary application
  • Effects of any compound in a person or animal

Questions about orders, lots and lab reports are always welcome through our contact page.

7. Acknowledgement at checkout

Before an order can be placed, every purchaser confirms: “I confirm I am 21 or older and am purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes only.” We record this confirmation with the date and time it was given.

8. Order review and refusal

We may review any order. We will cancel and refund an order, and may close the associated account, where we have reason to believe a product is intended for human or veterinary use, for example from order notes, messages or the way a product is described by the purchaser.

9. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of an AltherixLabs product being sold or used outside research, please let us know through our contact page. Reports are handled in confidence.
